KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) did not conduct a follow-up investigation on a statement by Datuk Seri Najib Razak, who claimed he received a donation from the Saudi Arabian King, the High Court heard.
Investigating officer Rosli Husain said he did not investigate the matter as it had no relevance to the case.
