CEBU CITY, Philippines (ANN): Police arrested the mayor of Clarin town, Misamis Occidental province hours after he allegedly beat up a masseur in a parlor here on Wednesday, Oct 23.
Clarin Mayor David Navarro was about to board a plane at the Mactan Cebu International Airport around 4 p.m. on Thursday, Oct 24, when he was arrested by police.
