UNIVERSITI Malaysia Sabah (UMS) and Shukutoku University signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for cooperation in the field of social welfare, held in Itabashi City Hall Tokyo, Japan on Dec 4.
UMS was represented by its vice-chancellor Prof Datuk Dr Taufiq Yap Yun Hin and Shukutoku University by its president Prof Tetsuya Isooka.
