JOHOR BARU: The Sessions Court here sentenced a labourer to 15 years in jail after he pleaded guilty to murdering a man who was performing Maghrib prayers in a mosque.
Kurnaedhy Aminudin, 39, who suffered from mental illness and is on medication, killed 41-year-old Ahmad Syukri Abu Bakar in the mosque at Jalan Persiaran Permai in Kempas here at around 7.50pm on March 31.
