MANILA: National swimmer Phee Jinq En set a new national and SEA Games record en route to winning her second swimming gold medal at the Philippines SEA Games.
The United States-based swimmer clocked 1:08.50 to dip under her own SEA Games record of 1:09.00 when she won the women's 100m breaststroke event at the 2017 SEA Games in Kuala Lumpur.
