PETALING JAYA: La Liga Global Network delegate Giorgio Rossi (pic) reckons that their success story with the Economy Control Programme (ECP) could be replicated in the M-League.
The ECP has been used by La Liga since 2012 and it has been effective in helping the club manage their finances and eradicate debts worth £90mil (RM423mil) to zero within five years from 2012 to 2017.
