PETALING JAYA: The Kelantan Football Association (KAFA) have welcomed the Malaysia Football League (MFL)’s plan to implement the Economic Control Programme (ECP).
The Spanish League (La Liga) have implemented ECP successfully and were able to eradicate their financial debts amounting to £90mil (RM423mil) to zero within five years from 2012 to 2017.
