77 candidates in Penang lose their deposit

SENIOR software engineer Nicholas Diane Morgan who obtained a mere 18 votes is among the 77 candidates in Penang who lost their election deposits.

They are among the 189 candidates who contested in the 40 state and 13 parliamentary seats with some of them contesting in both state and parliamentary seats.
