No need for RoS registration, says temple chairman


Nadarajah says the temple committee has followed all laws stipulated in the orders issued by the courts since 1930.

WHILE the Persatuan Hindu Agamam Ani Malaysia claims that the Batu Caves temple committee should be registered with the Registrar of Societies (RoS), the committee chairman says otherwise.

Sri Mahamariamman Temple Devasthanam chairman Tan Sri R. Nadarajah said the temple committee has followed all laws stipulated in the orders issued by the courts since 1930.
