THE Malaysian Deaf Sports Association (MSDeaf) is appealing to the public to help fund its 20th Malaysian Deaf Sports (Sopma) event scheduled to take place in Ipoh next month.
Its president Kamarzaman Harun said the organising committee still lacked funds and needed support to organise the event planned for between Oct 15 and 20.
