JOHOR BARU: The state government plans to expand the low-carbon initiative introduced by the Iskandar Regional Development Authority (Irda) at all local authorities (PBT) beginning next year.
State Local Government, Science and Technology Committee chairman Tan Hong Pin said the initiative will be suitable for use throughout the state as a guideline in achieving a low carbon agenda.
