THE lack of a parking area and congestion caused by illegally parked cars on roads near the Inland Revenue Board (LHDN) building in Ipoh, Perak, has been a long-standing problem affecting both visitors and residents of Taman Ipoh.

Cars could be found parked haphazardly along Jalan Tambun, Lebuh Taman Ipoh and even along roads within the residential area.
