UNTIL very recently, home for Samsul Kamarudin and his family of four was a sparsely furnished house with a leaking roof and no ceiling fans in Senawang, Seremban.

Though he always dreamt of making the family home in Taman Sri Pagi more comfortable, especially for the benefit of his 10-year-old twins born with cerebral palsy, the security guard was unable to do so on his meagre salary.
