JOHOR BARU: Johor Mentri Besar Datuk Dr Sahruddin Jamal made an unprecedented move when he apologised for the state government’s poor handling of the two major chemical incidents in Pasir Gudang this year.

The Bukit Kepong assemblyman’s apology showed that the state realised mistakes made in handling the two incidents, which occurred in March and June.
