JOHOR BARU: Society as a whole needs to be more conscious of the environmental impact of their actions in dumping rubbish in public places.

Besides being an eyesore, the dumping of rubbish, despite the numerous signboards placed all over to discourage and warn against such acts, shows poor environmental awareness among the people, says Stulang assemblyman Andrew Chen Kah Eng.
