A TOTAL of 249,216 people from the low income B40 group in Penang will benefit from the Peduli Kesihatan B40 (PeKa B40) scheme which provides incentives in healthcare.
Health Ministry secretary-general Datuk Seri Dr Chen Chaw Min said the government had allocated RM100mil for the pilot programme which will cover 800,000 recipients nationwide.
