AFTER receiving an increasing number of complaints about drunkards causing a nuisance in housing areas, two Seberang Prai municipal councillors decided to act.
Councillors P. David Marshel and M. Satees placed signboards at the playgrounds of five housing areas here to warn the public that consuming alcohol at parks was an offence punishable under Section 268 of the Penal Code.
