The 13th Jom Bersih Bukit Bintang programme was a joint collaboration between Federal Hotels International Group, The Federal Kuala Lumpur, Hotel Capitol Kuala Lumpur, BBCEC, Kuala Lumpur City Council (DBKL), Local Agenda 21 (L21) and the Federal Territories Ministry.
