THE battle among several private players to acquire PLUS Malaysia, the country’s largest highway concessionaire, has also thrust UEM Edgenta Bhd under the spotlight.

For over three decades, the maintenance works provided to all PLUS highways is the crown jewel of UEM Edgenta, by virtue of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Edgenta Propel Bhd or previously known as Projek Penyelenggaraan Lebuhraya Bhd.
