ON Wednesday the Court of Appeal ruled in favour of a Singaporean house buyer and dismissed the appeal of a mega project developer in a long-running case which went from the tribunal to the High Court and to the Court of Appeal.
Ho, as he wants to be known, received RM15,000 in cost. He purchased his unit for about RM1.6mil. He was earlier awarded RM50,000 by the tribunal.
