Impiana sells 146 units from Kuantan project to HK firm


New arrangement: Azrin says the company aims to sell the remainder 90 units under phase one by the middle of next year on sales and leaseback arrangement.

KUALA LUMPUR: Impiana Group’s subsidiary Impiana Cherating Sdn Bhd sold a total of 146 units under phase one of the Impiana Resort and Residences Cherating in Kuantan for RM146mil to Hong Kong company, Silver Max Asia Pacific Labuan Ltd, based in Labuan.

Impiana Cherating director Azrin Kamaluddin said the company aims to sell the remainder 90 units under phase one by the middle of next year under its new model of a sales and leaseback arrangement with investors.
