Khazanah exits Indonesian toll highway business


KUALA LUMPUR: PLUS Expressways International Bhd has sold its entire majority stake in one of the longest toll road in Indonesia, marking the company's exit from the neighbouring market.

PLUS Expressways, a unit of Khazanah Nasional Bhd' s wholly owned UEM Group, disposed its 55% stake in PT Lintas Marga Sedaya (LMS) to Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) and its partner PT Baskhara Utama Sedaya (BUS).
