KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Mohd Abdul Karim Abdullah, the billionaire founder and CEO of Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd
, has bought a 20% stake in Kumpulan Powernet Bhd, making him the single largest shareholder.
A filing with Bursa Malaysia today showed Karim had acquired 15.26 million shares via off-market transaction on Thursday.
