INTERNATIONAL Trade and Industry Minister Datuk Seri Rafidah Aziz said yesterday that countries should not base their bilateral relationships on contracts given to their companies.
Commenting on reports of possible retaliation by India and China after Malaysia's RM14.5bil railway double-tracking project was awarded to a local consortium in place of an Indian and a Chinese company, Rafidah said:
