KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB) general manager (transformation management office) Brian Iskandar Zulkarim has joined Damansara Realty (DBhd) as group chief executive officer.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the property services group said the appointment of Brian Iskandar, 42, would take effect on Sept 1.
Brian Iskandar joined MAHB in June 1999 as head of corporate development for Malaysia Airports Management & Technical Services Sdn Bhd. He left the group to work at two companies - Elite Project Management Sdn Bhd and North American Technical Services (USA) Inc - but returned to MAHB on Aug 1, 2009, as general manager (overseas ventures division).
From Sept 1, 2011, to Sept 30, 2015, Brian Iskandar was CEO/general manager of MAHB’s facilities management subsidiary Urusan Teknologi Wawasan Sdn Bhd.
He assumed the role of MAHB’s general manager (transformation management office) on Oct 1 last year.
In a separate filing with Bursa Malaysia on Tuesday, DBhd announced the resignation of group chief financial officer Azaharuddin Hassanuddin, 51, to pursue “his other personal interest.” He had joined as group CFO in November last year.
DBhd’s former CEO Mohd Fazlin Shah Mohd Salleh, 47, had resigned on Monday after only a year at the helm.
