That's the set up for the sequel to one of 2014's biggest comedies, Neighbors, which sees Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne reprise their roles as uptight yet reluctant parents and Zac Efron return as Teddy, head of the fraternity that caused so much havoc in the original film.
