Batik as a textile is definitely well loved for its unique print. So much so that Uniqlo has released a collection featuring Indonesian batik, a fabric of which was included on the Unesco’s list of Intangible Cultural Heritages of Humanity in 2009.

The Batik Motif collection features traditional patterns rooted in culture, reproduced in partnership with a designer recommended by the Batik Foundation of Indonesia. It includes men’s and women’s shirts, as well as dresses in a light material.
