A new Japanese study suggests that regularly eating mushrooms could help lower a man’s risk of prostate cancer.
Led by researchers at University School of Public Health, the study looked at a total of 36,499 men between the ages of 40 and 79, and asked them to complete a questionnaire about lifestyle choices such as diet (including mushroom consumption), physical activity, smoking and drinking habits.
