Being tough goes beyond being physically fit, says R U Tough Enough 2019 judge Benny Yeoh, who won the Malaysia title in 2016. It has also got to do with mental strength and emotional resilience.

The annual challenge, organised by KIX HD (Astro Ch 729) and supported by Fisherman's Friend, offers contestants the chance to win a grand prize of US$15,000 (RM60,000) and the title of 'Toughest in South-East Asia 2019'.
